Privacy Policy

Riview collects no data. None. There are no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no accounts, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that phone home. Files you open stay on your Mac.
Network access
Riview connects to the internet in exactly one case: when you use Open from Web and paste a URL, the app downloads that file directly to your Mac's local cache. No information about you, your files, or your usage is sent anywhere.
Purchases
Riview Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the Mac App Store. We never see your payment details or Apple Account information. Purchase records live in your Apple Account, which is how “Restore Purchase” works.
Quick Look previews
The Quick Look extension renders previews locally, inside macOS's own sandbox. Nothing leaves your machine.
Support email
If you email us, we receive what you send — your address and message — and use it only to reply. Attachments you share are used only to reproduce the issue and are deleted after.
Changes
If Riview ever changes how it handles data, this page and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.
